These terms govern the use of fintelagency.us. By browsing the site you accept these terms. They are written to be understood, not to hide fine print.

1. Who operates this site

The site is operated by FintelAgency™ (FintelAgency LLC), a strategic accounting, proactive tax planning and financial direction firm located at 2520 Coral Wy, Suite 2368, Miami, FL 33145, United States, part of the FintelGroup™ ecosystem. Contact: support@fintelagency.us.

2. What this site is

fintelagency.us presents the firm’s services, organized in the L0 to L4 service ladder, and lets you request an assessment or start a business conversation. Published prices are entry references (“starting at”) and may be adjusted based on the complexity of each business; the final proposal is always confirmed in writing before you engage us.

3. Informational content is not advice

The site content is general information for business owners. It does not constitute individualized financial, tax or legal advice, and it does not create a client-firm relationship. That relationship arises only when both parties sign a services agreement with a defined scope, deliverables and fees.

FintelAgency™ does not guarantee specific financial, tax, savings or growth results. Every business is different and results depend on factors beyond our control.

4. Permitted use of the site

By using the site you agree to:

  • Not use it for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Not attempt to breach its security or interfere with its operation.
  • Not reproduce or resell its content without written authorization.
  • Provide truthful information when you complete a form.

5. Intellectual property

The site content (copy, design, service structure) and the FintelAgency™, FintelGroup™, FintelEdge™, FintelOS™, FintelStructure™ and FintelStrategy™ trademarks belong to their owners. Using the site grants you no license over any of these assets.

6. Links to third-party sites

The site links to external resources within the ecosystem (such as juliofinance.com and resources.fintelagency.us) and to third-party services (such as WhatsApp). Each has its own terms and we do not control their content.

7. Limits of liability

The site content is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind as to its accuracy, currency or fitness for a particular purpose. We work to keep the information correct and up to date, but it may contain errors or become outdated. Decisions you make based solely on the site content, without a signed services agreement, are your responsibility.

To the extent permitted by law, FintelAgency™ and FintelAgency LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (such as lost profits or loss of data) arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the site. Nothing in this section limits rights the law grants you that cannot be limited by contract.

8. Indemnification

You agree to hold FintelAgency™ and FintelAgency LLC harmless from any claim, loss or reasonable expense (including attorney fees) resulting from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page always reflects the current version.
