Privacy Policy

At FintelAgency™ we treat your data with the same standard we apply to our clients’ finances: with order, with purpose and without surprises. This policy explains what information we collect on fintelagency.us, what we use it for and what rights you have over it.

1. Who we are

FintelAgency™ is a strategic accounting, proactive tax planning and financial direction firm for business owners, operated by FintelAgency LLC, located at 2520 Coral Wy, Suite 2368, Miami, FL 33145, United States. 2. What data we collect

We collect two types of information:

  • Data you give us. When you complete the contact form or request an assessment you share your name, email, phone number, your company name, the service level you are interested in and your message.
  • Browsing data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages visited, session duration, device type). IP addresses are anonymized before being recorded. If you arrive from a campaign, we store the URL parameters (utm_source, utm_medium and similar) to know which channels work.

3. What we use your data for

  • To respond to your request and follow up.
  • To manage the business relationship if you become a client.
  • To measure the performance of the site and of our campaigns.
  • To comply with legal obligations where they apply.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone outside the service providers listed below.

4. Which services process your data

To operate the site we use providers that may process data on our behalf, each with its own privacy policy:

  • Vercel (website hosting).
  • Supabase (secure storage of contact form submissions).
  • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector(contact management and sales follow-up, and the site’s WhatsApp and SMS chat widget).
  • Resend (confirmation and reply emails).
  • Google Analytics (site usage metrics, with anonymized IP).
  • Cloudflare (DNS and connection security).

5. Cookies

The site uses Google Analytics cookies to measure usage. You can block them from your browser settings and the site will keep working. Full details are in the Cookie Policy.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep each piece of data only for as long as the purpose that justifies it requires: while there is an active conversation with a prospect, for the duration of the business relationship if you become a client, and afterwards only for as long as a legal, accounting or tax obligation requires. Once that period ends, we delete or anonymize the information.

7. How we protect your data

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: controlled access limited to the team members who need it, storage with providers that encrypt data in transit, and review of who can see what. Even so, no system or Internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep the risk to a minimum.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access the data we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Just send an email to support@fintelagency.us with your request. We respond within a reasonable time and at no cost.

9. Privacy rights of US residents

Depending on the state where you live (for example California, and other states with similar privacy laws), you may have additional rights over your personal data: the right to know what information we hold and why, to request a copy, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. FintelAgency LLC does not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at support@fintelagency.us. We may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the request, as a security measure.

10. Minors

This site is aimed at business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated visibly on the site.
